Your Vivint Smart Hub will run all your alarms, cameras, and automation equipment. Program your locks and alarms to turn on at specific times. Set custom rules that activate the vent fan when your monitored fire alarm senses excess heat. Or lock your smart locks, turn on the alarms, dim the downstairs lights, and lower the inside temperature when you tell your Smart Hub that you’re going to bed. You may even pair your Vivint Smart Hub to your Amazon Echo or Google Home to direct your devices with verbal key words.

To bring your command center out in the world, just download the Vivint App. Remotely set any device from alarms to smart lighting from a phone, tablet, or other mobile device. That's nice for when you're running errands and have to see if you left the garage door open. Or set a geofenced rule that turns up the heat and turns up the lights when you roll up the driveway. You may even set customized actions through the app as you would with your Smart Hub touchscreen.
